How do I list my space?
Create an account, upload clear photos, add your location and space details (including type, capacity, amenities, and availability), set your price and house rules, then submit the listing for review. Once approved, it becomes visible to people searching for spaces.
How do I get bookings?
Interested guests send a booking request. You can accept it, decline it, or ask for more information. A request is confirmed once accepted.
How do payments work?
After a booking is completed, payments are processed securely and earnings are sent to your preferred bank account.
Can I choose when my space is available?
Yes. You control the available dates and time slots, pricing, and house rules.
Do I need professional photos to list?
No. Clear, well-lit photos taken with a good phone are enough. Better photos can help your listing get more visibility and bookings.
