8. Do I need professional photos to list my space?

Before hosting, ensure:
- The space is clean
- The lights work
- The layout is organized
- Instructions are easy to follow
- Fragile items are removed or secured
A presentable space improves your ratings and repeat bookings.

We recommend pricing based on:
- Type of space
- Location

- Amenities offered
- Quality of photos
We can also advise you during onboarding.
11. Is my property safe during bookings?
Yes – hosts can set clear house rules and require guests to follow them. You may also be present on the property if you prefer, or provide check-in instructions. We encourage hosts to only accept bookings they are comfortable with.
12. Can I decline a booking request?
Yes. You are not obligated to accept every request. If a request doesn’t fit your rules, schedule, or comfort level, you may decline.
13. What if guests damage something?
Guests are expected to treat your space responsibly. In cases of damage, The Creative Places support team will work with both parties to resolve the issue fairly.

Every space has potential.
