1. Facility is strictly for corporate events (conferences, workshops, seminars). No music allowed.
2. Tentative bookings are only confirmed after payment.
3. Cancellation attracts 25% charge of total amount if not done at leas 7 working days before the event
4. The Hub will not be liable for lost items. Participants are advised to safeguard their belongings.
5. Public Address System, Projector Screen, and Whiteboard available.
6. Facilities are fully air-conditioned with standby generators.
7. Halls can be arranged/rearranged to suit client’s request.
8. In-house catering services available (optional). Clients may bring their caterers.
